2019 South Country Co-Op Ag Expo is Western Canada’s Premiere Ag Show presented by Farm Credit Canada. The 3-day show also features the North American Seed Fair presented By FortisAlberta. This year, it will be held on February 27, 28 & March 1 from 9am-5pm. Visitors to the show can expect to find exhibitors whose product can directly affect, and improve, agricultural production.
This includes farm equipment, livestock supplies, chemicals, seeds, irrigation, producers and marketers of crops and livestock, and much more. In addition, guests can meet with exhibitors who offer new technology, brokerage services, communications, banking, and other “Tools of the Trade” exhibitors.
Over 350 indoor exhibitors from across North America will attend this annual event. Ag Expo averages over 20,000 consumers over the three-day show. Outside displays on Machinery Row will utilize over 150,000 square feet of space.
The North American Seed Fair showcases over 53 classes of Pedigreed Seed, Open Classes, and Junior Classes. Displayed on the Seed Floor of the South Pavilion, the North American Seed Fair is one of the oldest Seed Fairs in Western Canada.
2019 Home & Garden Show | March 20-23 | $7 Admission $5 Parking
The 2019 Home and Garden show is jointly presented by Exhibition Park and the BILD Lethbridge.
Guests to the show can find a variety of exhibitors, ranging from flooring and cabinets, to hot tubs and fireplaces, to landscapers and greenhouses, and much more. It’s the largest Home and Garden show in Southern Alberta, and the variety of products is almost endless!
For no other reason, visit this show to see the amazing display of landscapers! You’ll find waterfalls in the middle of our buildings! Trees that seemingly grow out of the cement floor! And decks that you can only dream about!

Free Agricultural Educational Trade Show for Students and Public
The 13th annual AGGIE DAYS presented by UFA and Exhibition Park. This 2-day educational agricultural trade show is free of charge to the public and all schools that register to attend as a class.
The agriculture trade show is interactive and educational for young people to learn and experience all aspects of agriculture. School classes are primarily from Grades one to nine and range from Lethbridge and Southern Alberta schools. On average over 30 schools attend Aggie Days.
All school students that have registered through their teachers’ class and attend UFA Aggie Days are eligible to win 1 of 2 RESP’s worth $500 each from Exhibition Park and UFA. Also be sure to enter for a chance to win Tim Hortons gift certificates.
The Farmers’ Market offers products that are made, baked or grown which means you can find crafts, fresh fruit and vegetables, home made baking, art work, hand made clothing, and much more! Over 3000 people attend the Saturday Markets.
Whoop-Up Days is an annual festival, exhibition, and rodeo held in Lethbridge, Alberta, for five days in the last full week of August. The event includes a 4-km parade through downtown, daily concerts on the Gas King Stage, the Bucking & Barrels Pro CAN AM Challenge and Westcoast Midway. Other notable features include fair food, food trucks, live entertainment and multiple stage acts.
